Blue Drop automatically grabs your GPS location and pulls weather conditions from Forecast.io. Swipe left and right to move between four different screens. In order from left to right the screens are:

Settings and help
Current weather detail, hourly forecast
Current weather summary, three day forecast (default starting point)
Extended forecast

It appears you're an iOS user - Blue Drop works best when added to your home screen. Tap and then 'Add to Home Screen'.

Instructions

Blue Drop automatically grabs your GPS location and pulls weather conditions from Forecast.io. From the start screen with the current weather summary and three day forecast:

Click in the current weather summary area (current temp, location) to switch to an hourly forcast with additional weather detail.
Click on any of the three day forecast icons at the start screen bottom to switch to an extended forecast.
A click anywhere on either the hourly forecast page or the extended forecast page will switch the view back to the start screen (current location/temp, 3 day summary.)
Click on the top right gear to access settings and this help screen.
